👣 𝙈𝙀𝙀𝙏 𝙇𝙀𝘼𝙉𝙉𝙀 - Leanne came to see our team after dealing with 𝙤𝙣𝙜𝙤𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙝𝙚𝙚𝙡 𝙥𝙖𝙞𝙣 for several months.![]()

She described it as feeling like she was "𝙬𝙖𝙡𝙠𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙤𝙣 𝙖 𝙢𝙖𝙧𝙗𝙡𝙚" with sharp, stabbing discomfort that was making standing and walking more difficult.![]()

Like many people, she wasn't just looking for 𝙥𝙖𝙞𝙣 𝙧𝙚𝙡𝙞𝙚𝙛. She wanted to better understand what might be contributing to the problem and what could be done to help her 𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙮 𝙖𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙚.![]()

As part of her assessment, we looked at foot movement, posture, overall function, and radiological imaging to build a clearer picture of what was happening.![]()

Leanne's care plan included 𝙁𝙤𝙤𝙩 𝙈𝙤𝙗𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙨𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙏𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙖𝙥𝙮 and prescribed corrective exercises, with progress monitored through regular reviews.![]()

At her recent 3-month review, Leanne reported that walking first thing in the morning was becoming easier compared with earlier in her care journey. She noted that it was taking fewer steps before the discomfort settled.![]()

Now back from a recent holiday in Bali - something she had been looking forward to as part of her goal to 𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙮 𝙖𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙚 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙛𝙤𝙧𝙩𝙖𝙗𝙡𝙚 𝙬𝙝𝙞𝙡𝙚 𝙩𝙧𝙖𝙫𝙚𝙡𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙜 - her focus now will be on continuing her care and maintenance plan to support her foot function and mobility long term.![]()

👣 𝙃𝙚𝙚𝙡 𝙥𝙖𝙞𝙣 𝙘𝙖𝙣 𝙖𝙛𝙛𝙚𝙘𝙩 𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙮𝙙𝙖𝙮 𝙖𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙚𝙨 in many different ways. Understanding what may be contributing to the problem is often an important first step.![]()
