As part of correcting the alignment of your feet and legs through FMT, the muscles in and around these structures need to be re-trained in order to work effectively and help support these joints to stay in place.
The exercises are tailored to your specific condition, which means outcomes are maximised. The exercises are very simple to do (3-5 minutes twice a day), and can even be done while cleaning your teeth each day!
At the start of your treatment, you will receive an exclusive link to video demonstrations of your prescribed exercises. As your treatment progresses, exercises will be modified or new ones introduced so that your muscle strengthening and re-training keeps up with the structural changes achieved through FMT.
